Upcountry is currently hiring lifeguards for the 2024 summer season. We are a Red Cross partner, and we provide certification in lifeguarding, CPR, First Aid, and AED.
Excellent Pay
We start our first-year guards at $14/hour and rates go up from there. We also offer performance-based bonuses.
In House Training
We'll get you certified. We'll also keep working with you throughout the season. Our team is supportive and committed to excellence.
